Thanksgiving was supposed to be a break to give me time to rest, relax and write. I did rest, I did relax and I did write, but not at the tasks that I’d assigned myself in my head. I’d headed to my folks to work on my book but I neglected to save the most current copy to my memory stick so perhaps God was telling me something. I think that I was being told to work on work stuff. I did. Thankfully it rained cats and dogs on Saturday and I knocked most of it out.
So, here’s what’s new. The first task that I completed was an update of Meta tags and keywords….boring. The second more important task completed was that I added listing links to each one of my neighborhood pages. Now, you can click straight through on any neighborhood link and bam you’re looking at active listings updated in real time. Second, in an effort to better serve and help clients build wealth and outright own their home, debt free with no mortgage, Team Michael Sullivan has implemented wealth building seminars. Real estate has been slow but builders are giving terrific incentives to get properties sold. Recently, a client and I were able to renegotiate the price of a contract because that client did not do as well on the sale of his “old” home as we thought he would. We went to the builder of his “new” home and said, “We need some help from you to make this deal work,” and they did it, we modified his purchase agreement and he closed. Four years ago this would have been unheard of.
